Your Key Responsibilities

  • Report and provide insight to support the decision-making and strategic planning of the sales and marketing management team.
  • Report and analyze revenues and revenue-related metrics to assist management in making sound decisions.
  • Serve as a key contact person for supervisors and senior management regarding sales and retention performance.
  • Responsible for accurate processing of commissions.
  • Oversee reporting and administration.
  • Responsible for completing cyclical and quarterly due diligence reports.
  • Webinar Registrations IDD – Performing due diligence research against pre-determined criteria to reduce fraudulent and unqualified registrations. Any additional data tagging as needed by the marketing team.
  • SFDC data integrity – weekly monitoring of lead, opportunity, contact, and account records to identify and correct data issues such as duplicates, missing or incorrect process data, etc. Working with sales reps to address data issues.
  • Serve as a backup resource for processing Deal Desk requests
  • Additional tasks as determined by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Computer Science, or in a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is an additional advantage.
  • 5+ years of professional work experience with sales strategy execution, data analysis, sales analytics; KPI reporting, and operations management. In addition to education, also expected to have experience gathering business requirements and developing scorecards and dashboards to surface meaningful KPIs and actionable intelligence to senior leaders.
  • In-depth working and administrative experience with Salesforce and MS Excel.
  • Expected work hours should be 4 pm IST to 1 am IST
  • Immediate joiners are preferred. (Max. 30 days)
