Overview

Blackhawk Network is looking for a Sr. Sales Development Representative to join our fast-growing sales team and lead sales development efforts for our newly acquired SaaS product line – Rybbon. We have strong inbound interest and are looking for sales professionals to turn qualified inbound leads into successful opportunities and find new opportunities through outbound prospecting.

The Sr. Sales Development Representative will report to the Sr. Manager, Sales Development and work closely with marketing, sales leaders and field sales representatives, this role will help build qualified sales opportunities for our inside sales teams. This role will contact prospects, follow-up on inbound leads, qualify leads to develop sales opportunities, and help to develop messaging and campaign strategies with defined goals and quots. We are looking for individuals with a passion for winning and a proven success in inside sales

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in developing sales development processes for Blackhawk Network’s newly acquired line of business – Rybbon
  • Follow-up on and convert inbound leads into happy customers. Proactively assist and grow customers who sign-up self-service
  • Researching/preparing lists and setting up cadences in SalesLoft for the team
  • Crafting messaging
  • Compiling and presenting weekly reports of team activities, conversions and campaign performance
  • Providing detailed feedback to cross functional marketing teams
  • Drive new business opportunities through outbound prospecting from strategic lists provided by management or self-prospecting with tools provided during on-boarding
  • Earn customer trust by understanding their needs and thoughtfully answering questions, successfully transferring them to an Account Executive to convert into a happy customer
  • Implement and follow structured sales processes including tracking key data in Salesforce.com and/or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Achieve performance metrics and goals set by management
  • Collaborate and innovate with executives and team to create efficient processes and messaging in helping build the sales team

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of sales experience in B2B software / SaaS sales
  • Fluency in using salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics a plus
  • Experience with tools like Salesloft, ZoomInfo,Chili Piper etc. a plus
  • Four-year college degree
  • Excellent phone and email communication skills
  • Track record of high achievement – tell us what you’ve done that makes you a winner!
  • Integrity, energy, and genuine desire to understand and solve customer pain points
  • Previous sales experience in gifting, research, marketing or survey tools a plus.
