This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except for the State of Colorado, Alaska, North Dakota, or South Dakota.

We are seeking an experienced SaaS Marketer to be a member of the Blackhawk Network marketing team. This role is for a creative, tech-savvy marketer, dedicated to developing strategies and programs to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and life-cycle marketing strategies for one of our B2B SaaS rewards platforms – Rybbon. This role will lead a team of experienced marketers and collaborate cross-functionally to develop customer acquisition, retention and expansion programs. The Sr. Marketing Manager, SaaS Rewards is responsible for leading the demand generation and revenue performance for Rybbon, helping to build pipeline and grow our market share.

The right person for this position will be able to demonstrate their creative energy, passion, and strategic mindset for shaping a fast-growing SaaS platform.


  • Campaign strategy and pipeline generation: Work with the Rybbon leadership team to craft strategies for building repeatable and scalable marketing campaigns to drive sales pipeline, new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion.
  • Campaign execution and pipeline generation: Lead a team of marketers and external specialists to launch campaigns, track performance and optimize campaigns to achieve weekly and monthly sales opportunity generation goals.
  • Partner with Sales to drive Lead-to-Revenue conversions: Dive into the weeds of lead quality, lead follow-up processes and sales processes to ensure maximum lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-win conversions. Collaborate with Sales Management to support sales training and enablement.
  • Management Reporting: Provide Rybbon leadership team with weekly updates on pipeline generation and underlying KPIs. Provide relevant insights and action plans for addressing any achievement gaps.
  • Market expertise: Be an expert on our buyers, as well as the competition. Leverage market expertise to refine our positioning, messaging, and marketing plans.


  • 8-10 years of B2B marketing experience with a customer acquisition and pipeline generation ownership.
  • Successful history of marketing B2B SaaS products. Experience working in the MarTech industry is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated success in customer acquisition, driving revenue and meeting pipeline goals, and leading Demand Gen teams.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up environment with an ability to stretch from strategic thinking to the details of execution
  • Experience working collaboratively and executing cross-functionally with marketing partners, external agencies, product and sales teams.
  • Proficient in leveraging MarTech tools and marketing data analysis.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, organization, and project management skills.
