Overview

Rybbon, a Blackhawk Network Business, is an exciting and fast-growing SaaS company looking for an outstanding Partner Development Manager to become part of our talented, fun team. We are a SaaS platform for marketers and market researchers to send and manage global e-gift campaigns like e-gift cards, Visa/Mastercard and donations. Rybbon is at the forefront of the digital wave sweeping the $170B rewards industry. Rybbon has more than 1100 customers and strategic partners such as Marketo, HubSpot, SurveyMonkey, and Qualtrics.

About the Rybbon Partnerships Team:

We grow the business by developing great partnerships that create value for customers, partners, and Rybbon.

We drive customer acquisition by generating partner referrals.

Lots of room for learning, growth & advancement exists as we have only recently started to expand our platform partnerships team.

We are very close team—we work together, we have fun together, and we value each other’s ideas and input.

Responsibilities

  • Build brand awareness by leveraging social media channels, email marketing, and cold calling to introduce Rybbon to the partner’s management team.
  • Establish relationships with representatives and managers across multiple departments of the partner organization including leadership, sales, account management, marketing, and customer support.
  • Develop joint marketing opportunities with the partner and ensure successful execution.
  • Expand Rybbon’s reach within a partner’s ecosystem of integrated software platforms and service agencies.
  • Host sales trainings with partner’s sales reps to increase Rybbon’s visibility and referral opportunities.
  • Work across multiple departments within Rybbon to ensure the completion of needed projects and activities.
  • Track and manage a pipeline of sales referrals passed to the Rybbon sales team.
  • Calculate referral commissions payable to the partner on a quarterly basis.
  • Identify further product integration opportunities between Rybbon and the partner.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in sales or partnerships in a fast-growing startup environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study preferred
  • Excited about building a program from the ground up
  • Ability to quarterback conversations and relationships
  • Willingness to execute a ground game

Location: Tysons Corner, VA, or Remote in the United States

Start Date: Immediately
