Overview

Blackhawk Network is looking for a Group Manager of Product Management to lead the product roadmap and design efforts for our newly acquired SaaS product – Rybbon.

You’ll love our Group Manager of Product Management role if you yearn for an opportunity to create a category-defining product experience for a new line of business with a strong growth trajectory and great executive support.

We’re looking for a product leader who thinks strategically, drives with vision, optimizes with data and customer feedback, and is able to dive into the nitty-gritty details of feature requirements and UI/UX design. Reporting to the VP, Product Management (Rebates & Incentives), this individual will partner with Rybbon leadership to create and execute product plans.

Responsibilities

  • Define business cases to grow Rybbon globally. Collaborate with Rybbon functional leaders — within sales, marketing, partnerships and other functions — to develop and prioritize growth strategies.
  • Work closely with our integrated partners and our partnerships team to build new integrations and expand existing ones.
  • Develop and lead roadmaps, defining product and market requirements.
  • Lead a team of Product Owners to maintain product release plans and feature backlogs in JIRA, prioritize, and slot them for implementation in development sprints.
  • Drive translation of high-level requirements into detailed product designs including user stories, workflows, change impact analysis and UI/UX designs. Build wireframes to communicate designs and get buy-in. Work with UI designers to create detailed page mockups.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that feature implementation meets feature designs and requirements.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan launch of new features and functionality. Contribute to developing content for launches.
  • Continuously seek and integrate customer feedback through qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Continuously scan external environment to bring in competitive intel and best practices to ensure Rybbon’s continued leadership and excellence.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of software product management.
  • Experience in driving SaaS product roadmaps and designs.
  • Aptitude and passion for creating great product experiences with strong UI/UX orientation and working knowledge of tools like Balsamiq or Figma.
  • Excellent leadership and influencing skills and business insight – thinks strategically to influence and drive tactical execution.
  • Strong collaborations skills with the ability to effectively work cross-organizationally.
  • Superior communication skills.
  • Consistent track record of success.
  • Creativity and resourcefulness to overcome unexpected roadblocks.
